• Removal. If you are the creator and want your page gone, the removal page explains what to send so we can confirm it is you. Removal is permanent.
• Copyright. Takedown notices follow the process on the DMCA page.
• Privacy. Requests under the GDPR or similar laws, as described in the privacy policy.
• Questions about the site. Anything the how we verify page does not answer.

What not to expect

We do not forward messages to creators, do not sell listings or placement, and do not accept payment to move a profile up any list. The best ranking is calculated from data quality and freshness only; there is no way to buy a position on it.

Response times

Corrections and removals are usually done within one rebuild cycle, that is within a day. Legal requests are answered within the statutory period. Everything else, within a few working days.
