DMCA and takedown notices

This site is a directory. It does not host videos, does not host galleries, and does not republish content from any platform. The only media on the site is one non-explicit profile image per listed creator, taken from the source that supplied the record. Even so, we act on valid takedown notices for anything that appears here.

Sending a notice

Send notices to the address on the contact page. A valid notice includes:

• identification of the work you say is infringed;
• the exact URL on this site where it appears;
• your contact details;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
• your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

On receipt of a complete notice the material is removed at the next rebuild, which happens daily, and usually sooner. If the notice concerns a creator’s profile image, the image is removed and the profile is withdrawn from search engines until a replacement is supplied by the source. Counter-notices are handled in the same way, through the same address.

Creators

If you are the creator and the issue is the listing itself rather than an image, the removal page is the faster route: it removes the page permanently without a formal notice. Questions about how records are built are answered on the how we verify page.
